Delete your Weaver account
Effective September 30, 2026.
Weaver is developed and operated by RENATO MORAES PINHEIRO LTDA (trading as Glossa Apps). For privacy, account deletion, or support inquiries, contact lmreader.dev@gmail.com.
Delete in the app
On Android, open the Library, tap Account, choose Delete Account…, and confirm both steps. You can also open the signed-in account menu on the paywall and choose Delete Account…. On iPhone or iPad, open account settings, choose Delete account, and confirm.
What is deleted
A successful request removes your account, sign-in identities, book registrations, reading requests and answers, usage rows, generated-content reports and their bounded evidence, and subscription record from the live service. Shared book metadata is retained only while another account still references it; unshared work metadata is removed. Deidentified quarantine records can remain to prevent blocked generated content from being published again.
Cancel your store subscription separately
Deleting your Weaver account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; store charges may continue. Before deleting your account, cancel in Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions, whichever billed you.
For accounts linked to RevenueCat, Weaver requests deletion of the linked RevenueCat customer record before deleting the live account. If RevenueCat is unavailable or the erasure request fails, your server account remains intact and the app reports that deletion is temporarily unavailable. Retry later, or use the email pathway for help. RevenueCat customer erasure removes its customer data; it does not cancel store renewal. Apple or Google can retain their own store transaction records under their policies.
Request deletion without the app
Email lmreader.dev@gmail.com with the subject Weaver account deletion request. Include the email associated with your Weaver sign-in and which sign-in provider you used, if known, so support can locate the account. If your sign-in email is hidden or unavailable, say so and request help identifying the account. Support must verify ownership before deletion. Do not send passwords, bearer or access tokens, refresh tokens, or purchase tokens.
An in-app request deletes live server data when it succeeds. An email request requires ownership verification and handling by support; it does not itself erase data immediately. Restricted recovery backups are not rewritten by account deletion and can contain deleted data until rotated or removed. See the privacy policy for retention details.
Books and reading state on your device
Server-account deletion does not erase your local EPUB or PDF files, reading progress, bookmarks, or highlights. On Android, use a book's actions and choose Remove to remove its local publication. Manage other local app data using the app or your device's storage controls.
